If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Summerwalk.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Summerwalk we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
