Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Summerwalk.
The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment.
