If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Rosyln.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Rosyln we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
