If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Rixey_Estates.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Rixey_Estates we will help determine the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
