One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Ridgecrest.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Ridgecrest we will nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
