If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Residences_At_Station_Square.
The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Residences_At_Station_Square we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
