If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Residences_At_Liberty_Center.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Residences_At_Liberty_Center we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
