If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Potomac_Yards.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Potomac_Yards we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
