If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Potomac_Place.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Potomac_Place we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
