If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Pike_3400.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Pike_3400 we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
