If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Pentagon_Ridge_Condominium.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Pentagon_Ridge_Condominium we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
