If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Park_Glen_Comdominium.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Park_Glen_Comdominium we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
