If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Palisades_Park.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Palisades_Park we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
