One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Maywood.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Maywood we will best know the market value of your real estate investment.
