If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Lyon_Park.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Lyon_Park we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
