If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in James_Marcey_Jr.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in James_Marcey_Jr we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
