If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Falls_Station_Condominiums.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Falls_Station_Condominiums we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
