If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Douglas_Park.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Douglas_Park we will best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
