If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Dominion_Heights.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Dominion_Heights we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment.
