If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Courtbridge_I.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Courtbridge_I we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
