If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Country_Club_Grove.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property.
