If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Clarendon_Park.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Clarendon_Park we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
