If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Clarendon_Fairlington_Meadows.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Clarendon_Fairlington_Meadows we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
