If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Carrington_Village.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Carrington_Village we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
