If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Carlisle.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Carlisle we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
