If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Bromptons_At_Monument.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Bromptons_At_Monument we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
