If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Ballston_Towne_West.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property.
