If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Ballston_Place.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Ballston_Place we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
