If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Arlington_Villas.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Arlington_Villas we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
