If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Arlington_Ridge_Terrace.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Arlington_Ridge_Terrace we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
