If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Altavista.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Altavista we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
