If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in 1800_wilson.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in 1800_wilson we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
