If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in 1800_Wilson_Blvd_Condominium.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in 1800_Wilson_Blvd_Condominium we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
