If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in 1800 Wilson.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in 1800 Wilson we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
