If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in 1423_n_rhodes.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in 1423_n_rhodes we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
