Do you need a renter for a rental in Park_At_Courthouse?
We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to good rental property management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty seldom has difficulties with renters that we identify.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with difficult tenants because we've inherited difficulties from property owners who found their own tenants, or from owners who have brought us tenants from other rental management companies.
The key to discovering a great renter is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Park_At_Courthouse.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Park_At_Courthouse we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
