If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Crystal_Park.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Crystal_Park we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
