Do you need a tenant for a property in Westmont?
We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to great property management is good renters. Nesbitt Realty seldom has issues with tenants that we find.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with difficult tenants because we've inherited issues from real estate investors who selected their own tenants, or from owners who have brought us tenants from other property management companies.
The key to finding a great tenant is starting with an understanding of the criteria that describes the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Westmont.
The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Westmont we will best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
