If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in The Chatham.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in The Chatham we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
