If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Bedford_park.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Bedford_park we will best know the market value of your real estate investment.
