If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Dominion_Heights.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Dominion_Heights we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
