We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Wyngate.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment.
