One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Woodmill Estates.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Woodmill Estates we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
