If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Westgate.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Westgate we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
