We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Wellington Commons.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Wellington Commons we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
