If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Waynewood.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Waynewood we can best know the market value of your real estate investment.
