If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Wapleton.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Wapleton we can nail down the retail value of your property.
