We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Wakefield.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Wakefield we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
