If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Virginia_hills.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Virginia_hills we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
