If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Virginia Village.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Virginia Village we can help determine the market value of your property.
