If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in The_middleton.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in The_middleton we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
